Do performance meters need to be green before I can move on to the next section of a simulation?

If you are working in Learning Mode, the performance meter does not have to be fully green before you advance to the next section of the case. You may move throughout the simulation as needed. Note, however, that leaving a section incomplete will affect your final competency rating.
